“There is hope, even when your brain tells you there isn’t.”
— John Green

We all go through a lot every day of every year. Mental health is a topic that is highlighted extensively more after the pandemic. Our mental health suffers in so many ways. For instance the after effects of COVID-19 and its baggage – from vaccinations to lack of social interaction and then getting back to the normal life again, mental health issues made headlines and we have been very concerned about it. The month of May is nationally celebrated as Mental Health Awareness Month, so let's take a moment to pause and reflect. According to  National Institute of Mental Health , 1 out of 5 Americans live with mental health conditions.

"You, yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection.”
